YOGA & MEDITATION
Styles to suit everyone such as Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Trapeze, Slow Flow, Kundalini, Embodied Flow and meditation such as Yoga Nidra and weekly meditation classes.
YOGA TRAPEZE
Dive into Yoga Trapeze with us—suitable for all levels, guided by experienced instructors. Combining strength, flexibility, and relaxation in a supportive environment.
FAMILY, PREGNANCY & MOTHERS
We offer prenatal, post natal and family events. We also hold space for pregnant mammas in their 2nd or 3rd trimester to meditate, relax and practice yoga in a safe setting.
TREATMENTS
We offer Indian Head Massage, Full Body Massage, Reflexology, Back and Shoulder massage, Reiki Healing and we can even cater treatments to suit you. We also rent out our treatment space to masseuses'.

Kirtan and Cacao Ceremony
We will be opening a sacred space with Peruvian ceremonial grade cacao to sing traditional mantra together, open our hearts and remember that we are one!
We will open a sacred space with the help of cacao for you to explore your voice, dance moves and learn traditional Indian mantras. The cacao is traditionally used as a heart opening medicine in South America and the naturally occurring theobromine will leave you feeling quite ecstatic!
